How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver all visuals within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the package you’ve selected.
Half-day shoots are usually ready faster, while full-day packages or those with drone and promo video may take a little longer due to the extra editing work. If you need a rush delivery, just let us know. We’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Will I receive both edited and raw files?
Yes, you’ll receive the fully edited content as standard. If you’d also like the raw files (original unedited images or clips), we’re happy to include them upon request.
This can be useful if you’d like to make your own edits or use the material across different platforms in the future.
In what format will the visuals be delivered?
All content is delivered in high-resolution, web-optimized formats.
Photos are exported in JPEG, ready for websites, booking platforms, or social media.
Videos are delivered in MP4 format and optimized for both desktop and mobile use. If you need custom sizes or file types, we can provide those too.
